Under Project Happy Flow, NHC–MTC organized a Reusable Pad Making session in Bidur Municipality, Nuwakot, where our amazing FCHVs learned hands-on skills to promote sustainable menstrual health and hygiene in their communities. Every pad made is a step toward healthier, more confident women.

Under "Nourish to Flourish", NHC-MTC in collaboration with Sochai conducted a vibrant and meaningful Nutrition Exhibition at Sano Kimtang Secondary School, Nuwakot. The exhibition wasn’t just about food, it was about fueling dreams, building awareness, and empowering young minds to make healthier choices every single day. From interactive displays to insightful discussions, the session highlighted how balanced nutrition shapes stronger bodies, sharper minds, and brighter futures.

Warmth Harbour was organized by NHC–MTC, in collaboration with Leo Club of Kathmandu Miracle Family, and carried out at Sukumbasi Basti, Teku, on 20th December 2025. Through this cloth donation initiative, we shared warmth, dignity, and compassion because humanity feels strongest when kindness reaches those who need it most❤️

Under Project Happy Flow, a hands-on reusable pad–making training was successfully conducted on December 5 for NHC–MTC members.
The session was facilitated by our board members Sudipa Ghimire and Himanshu Rauniyar, equipping the team with the practical skills needed for sustainable menstrual health promotion.
With this training complete, the team is now all set to take the initiative into the community.
