A young kid presented in ENT OPD with foul smelling ear discharge for several days. She was taking medicines from nearby pharmacy, but there was no improvement. On ear cleanup, a dead decomposing fly was expelled from ear canal. Animate foreign bodies are not uncommon in children. Please reach out for more information.

There's a swelling behind the tongue. It's vallecular cyst. The presenting complains were throat pain and change in voice. The treatment is surgery.

These are the pictures of the right and left ears of the patient examined today who complained of ear pain. In the right ear, you could see a significant bulge of the ear drum. This is due to infection of the middle ear resulting in pus formation which may burst the ear drum. The current situation of the ear did not happen overnight. Please get examined by ENT doctor before the situation worsens.

While we can't entirely avoid use of plastic, we can easily do away with single use plastic bags and water bottles.
