60yr old male pt came to the hospital with blood in urine since one month. He underwent surgery for kidney stone removal elsewhere. CT angio confirmed the presence of a (pseudoaneurysm) localised swelling in the lower polar segmental artery. He was taken up in the cathlab and the PSA was successfully embolised. Hb & vitals stabilized and patient made fully recovery.

โ€ข59yr / M pt, presented with Hematuria post PCNL with falling Hb &BP.
โ€ข CT Renal Angio: Large pseudoaneurysm in one of the segmental arteries supplying the mid pole with clots in the UB.
โ€ข The PSA was accessed and embolised super-selectively using a combination of 25% glue and coil. Thereafter, the UB clots were cleared by Uro team.
โ€ข Post embolisation renal angiogram showed good flow the kidney except the embolised sub-segmental branch
โ€ข Patientโ€™s vital parameters stabilized and Hematuria stopped. He was discharged in stable condition yesterday.
โ€ข This emergency embolisation not only saved the patientโ€™s life but his right kidney as well.

65yr old female pt, developed a progressively increasing swelling and pain over calf region.
h/o RTA one year ago which resulted in fracture of femur, fibula graft taken.
The swelling eventually increased up to 11cm and later on MRI & CTA was diagnosed as Peroneal Artery Pseudoaneurysm.
On USG: PSA 11 x 6cm, demonstrated the classical Ying/yang sign.
It was treated successfully by Percutaneous glue Embolisation under LA.
Postop: PTA and ATA remained patent with no ischaemic changes in the ipsilateral foot.
