🩺 स्वास्थ्य सूचना : मिर्गौला रोग बेवास्ता नगरौं!

एक बिरामीमा प्रारम्भमा मिर्गौलासम्बन्धी समस्या देखा पर्‍यो। चिकित्सकहरूले आवश्यक परीक्षण (जस्तै बायोप्सी) गरेर तत्काल उपचार सुरु गर्न सल्लाह दिए। तर बिरामीले चिकित्सकको कुरा नमानेर केवल सामान्य रक्तचापको औषधि खाएर दुई वर्ष बिताए।

दुई वर्षपछि समस्या गम्भीर बन्यो — दुवै मिर्गौला (Kidneys) पूर्ण रूपमा फेल भए। अहिले बिरामी डायलाइसिस वा मिर्गौला प्रत्यारोपण (Kidney Transplant) मा निर्भर छन्।

Kidney Stone के हो?
Kidney Stone भनेको मिर्गौलामा नुन र खनिज जम्मा भएर बन्ने सानो कडा ढुंगा हो। जब यो ढुंगा पिसाबको नली हुँदै जान्छ, तब पेट वा कम्मरमा धेरै दुख्ने, वाकवाकी लाग्ने, बान्ता आउने, र पिसाब गर्न गाह्रो हुने जस्ता समस्या देखिन्छन्।

बरसातमा किन सावधानी चाहिन्छ?
