If 1% need ICU =30000
If 1% of those who were infected ,need mechanical ventilation =3000
As of 2016 ,
No. Of icu bed in Nepal = 450
No. Of icu beds with mechanical ventilators in Nepal = 161
Now let’s say these stats changed by 10% in 4 years, that gives 495 ICU beds and 177 ventilators
