But honestly? Most of these things don’t work long-term.

And to every woman reading this, this is for you too.

Take a moment to appreciate the incredible person you are.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many women from all walks of life, and one thing I know for sure is this: women give so much of themselves to everyone around them, often forgetting to give that same care back to themselves.
