So many women go all in when starting a new diet, daily workouts, and cutting everything out. It's been a pattern I've seen too often over the years.

…until life happens.

Then it’s “I’ll start again next week.”

This isn’t a willpower problem.
It’s because you’re trying to change too much, too fast.

We’re not wired for drastic change. It feels overwhelming, so we fall off track.

Helpful tip:
Instead of changing everything, pick ONE habit to focus on this week.
Something small and realistic, such as adding protein to breakfast or going for a 10-minute walk after dinner.

Doable = sustainable👍🏻

Ashwagandha is often talked about for stress, but its impact on weight is really interesting too.

In a clinical study, participants taking ashwagandha showed improvements in stress levels, food cravings, and eating behaviours, along with reductions in body weight and BMI.

But this doesn’t mean it’s a “weight loss supplement”.

It’s about what’s happening underneath.

When stress is high, cortisol can drive cravings, impact appetite, and make weight loss feel much harder than it should be.

I wanted to share that I now have just 2 more weeks in clinic before I step into a new and exciting chapter ✨

It’s honestly hard to put into words how much I’ve loved this journey. From working one-on-one in clinic, to community talks, workshops, running retreats… and supporting so many of you along the way.

It's been an absolute privilege.😘

I feel incredibly grateful that I’ve been able to do something I truly love for the past few years 💛

Over the next two weeks, I’ll be seeing existing clients for follow-up appointments only.

But this isn’t goodbye…

My online program, The Whole Health Revolution, is continuing to grow and evolve, and I’ll still be there supporting you, just in a different way.

Willpower is like a muscle💪🏻

It works for a bit before it gets tired.

You can say no to the cookies in the jar once… twice… maybe even all day.
But as the day goes on, with stress, decision fatigue, hunger, and life, that muscle starts to wear down.

And before you know it, your hand is in the jar.🍪

Not because you lack discipline.
But because willpower was never designed to carry you all day, every day.

This is why so many feel good during the day, only to struggle in the evening.

The key isn’t more willpower.
It’s building a way of eating that doesn’t rely on it in the first place.
