Your menstrual cycle isn’t random, your fertility biomarkers mirror your hormonal fluctuations throughout the month.

As estrogen rises before ovulation, many women notice:

A heinous luteal phase is feedback, not failure!!!

Last cycle? She HUMBLED me.
Stress from all angles stacked up and my luteal phase felt it hard:

– very emotional
