Here is a few truths I have come to work out over the years:
1. You’re not too sensitive, you’re just over stimulated.
2.You’re not stuck, you’re probably just avoiding a hard conversation.
3.You keep calling it a pattern but you’re still choosing it by not making changes.
4.You’re not “broken”, your nervous system is just not balanced.
5.There is a good chance it’s not everyone else who is the problem, maybe you are lacking boundaries you were never taught how to put in place.
6.You don’t have to be the strong one in every room.
7.You’re allowed to outgrow people. 💛
