They’re not lazy at all. In fact, they’re usually the ones holding everything together in their careers, homes, and families.⁠

But when their body starts changing and suddenly sleep, energy, and weight don’t respond the way they used to, it can feel really confusing and frustrating.⁠

What worked before just doesn’t seem to work anymore.⁠

And that’s usually the point where I step in.⁠

Because the issue isn’t effort. It’s that their body needs a different kind of support now.⁠

Training hard…

This is one of the biggest things I see even with women who are exercising consistently.
