“Thank you Rayna and guest facilitators, for creating such a powerful, vulnerable, safe, sacred healing space for us men last night. I was touched and moved by the courage and vulnerability of the sharing of the men in the group. I got to source myself in the sharing of what others are dealing with, and it brings me deep comfort to know that I am not alone on this journey of life, and that its ok to not be perfect. I left last night feeling got, heard and understood, without any judgement. And I feel grounded in my purpose, and accepting of where I am in life right now. Much love and gratitude to you all. “If you're a man and men's work or men's circles are something you've been considering getting involved with, this is your invitation to come and take part of this incredible offering. This is also an invitation to bring your son's, step sons, grandsons and nephews along with you, whether your connection is biological or not(this will be all-age appropriate) as well as a calling to reach out to your fathers, uncles, grandfather's, older brothers, or mentors to come and join too. This space is safe, confidential, and it's highly likely you will leave with new tools for facing the challenges of what it means to be a man amongst men and a man in our modern society. If you're reading this, take this as your own personal sign! I look forward to seeing you there! Ticket sales are appreciated as it helps to support those holding space and also helps support the great work being done for the community at The Holistic Hub, but this is a koha event, and the only thing required of you is to get your body in the room before we open circle. Also, particularly if you know any men struggling at this time please share this link with them:
Thank you, thank you, thank you. It truly is a blessing to be seen, heard, and felt as a man amongst men. This is the medicine.”

Kia Ora to my Network of brothers::
As you may have seen from my posts, a few months ago I started an offering to host regular Monday Night Men's Groups at the Holistic Hub 152 Kepa Rd Orakei, open to men that have initiated and have experience in Men's Work and importantly also open to welcoming men that are completely new to Men's Work, to offer a taste of the nature of this work, and a place to be connected and witnessed, when they need it. This has provided some very valuable and appreciated support, from the feedback of some of these men that rose to the call to attend a Men's Group experience for the very first time. This takes some awareness in facilitating or holding the space, where the culture is always touched on each night at the beginning to give guidance and key principles such as confidentiality, not interrupting or giving unsolicited advice or feedback, speaking from the i perspective, and tuning into whats being felt, in the present moment. Usually the men with experience lead by example and the new men pick up the culture intuitively and fast. And now to the purpose and reason for this post:
Tomorrow nights Zoom and in person Men's Circles are being facilitated by Wolf Zachary Fearn. He has been a co facilitator with me on many of the events and he has a strong feel for this role. I am unable to attend due to a work timing clash. I would like to find another couple of people willing to step in to the facilitator role as an occasional backup to Wolf and I, or as a semi regular space holder. I would like to actively encourage people in my networks to consider the growth opportunity this role may represent for anyone with curiosity and desire to advance their facilitator skill set and experience holding group events. Training is available through myself, and this is an opportunity to explore leading groups without a high degree of pressure or responsibility. The rewards are immediate and many, and in stepping up to express an interest in this role, you are helping support that this event remains sustainable and available to our community, to men in need, with the stability of a regular weekly gathering, each and every week of the year. Commitment is not asked to attend or hold space more than you are willing or able, but by joining and supporting our team occasionally you will make a massive difference. Thanks for your consideration, and please reach out to discuss this with me at any time, if you feel called to this work. If you are curious to sharing an experience of Men's Work with your partner or friend or acquaintance wanting to explore mixed sharing circles and authentic connection and deeper understanding across the gender divide... consider attending the Community Heart Circle events held every 4th Monday of the month where our Men's Group opens its doors to all genders and especially to couples, to join the circle. Big Hugs

AN OPEN LETTER TO PHIL O'SULLIVAN, EXECUTIVE EDITOR NEWS, TVNZ....AND ALL LEGACY MEDIA NZ

Today I read your thread on X attempting to start the process of rebuilding the trust of the NZ population.

In keeping with the phenomenon sweeping much of the western world, legacy media such as your own, has lost the trust of "the people" - call them your previous readers and viewers.

There are a myriad of reasons, but I wish to share with you some of the perspectives of the tens of thousands of New Zealanders who belong to the Health Forum NZ community.

I know how they feel because many times, I have asked them and they have told me....through 100s of social media comments, and 100s more personal conversations and private messages.

It's fair to say that the wide and diverse spectrum of New Zealanders in our community, not only have lost trust in you....they actively despise your organisation and other such NZ Legacy Media outlets.

Why?

Call this market research if you like...the "focus group" you never asked for, but just might be the saviour of your business if you have the humility to stop, open your heart and ears, and really LISTEN.

Let me tell you about the hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders who will never again "tune in" to a media organisation they believe betrayed them, in order to either do the bidding of the Government...or at the very least, not rock the boat through truly independent, nuanced, ethical investigative journalism.

We are the New Zealanders who were "othered" by society and media, in the past 4 years.

We are the one million (yes an accurate figure) New Zealand men, women and children who refused to take a hastily developed provisionally approved mRNA injection....even when it cost us EVERYTHING except our health.

What did it cost us?

Jobs
Careers
Marriages
Friendships
Families
Homes
Money
Mana
Respect
Mental Health
The ability to move freely in society
Entry to anywhere except essential services
Relationships with GPs who had cared for us for decades
Trust in our Government
Trust in our media

By now you are probably thinking "so what....you had a choice".

Let me share with you the reality of some of those "choices".

These are the stories that your organisation and all other Legacy Media in NZ, hastily turned away from; instead intent on further accentuating the suffering of good Kiwi's caught in a million and one versions of impossible.

Well, there were the surgeons, doctors, nurses, midwives, psychologist, psychiatrists and a plethora of other health professionals, who said NO to the injections.

Health professionals with cumulative thousands of years of professional experience and service. They knew how to use PubMed; how to research peer reviewed science...and how to think critically and independently. They also knew how to search Government Pharmacovigilence databases in countries who rolled out the Pfizer mRNA 2 - 3 months before NZ.

We lost THREE precious Anaesthetists who said NO and 100s of Doctors. We lost an Orthopaedic Surgeon who offered a rare form of Paediatric surgery. We lost a Forensic Psychiatrist. We lost over 1000 NZ nurses and 100s of Midwives.

They lost everything when they said NO.

Some of them refused because of their independent analysis and research. Others lost everything when their Medical Exemption applications were declined.

Why did they apply for Medical Exemptions?

So many reasons. Pre existing Chronic Fatigue, Auto Immune disease or Cardiac disease. Some were pregnant or lactating and aware that Pfizer had included neither group in their trials - there was ZERO safety data.

Some either willingly or unwillingly took a first dose of Pfizer mRNA and experienced serious adverse events that included:

stroke
heart attack
myocarditis
pericarditis
neurological damage
anaphylactic shock
bells palsy
and much, much more...

The vast majority had their Medical Exemptions declined.

If they were lucky they were given a temporary "stay of ex*****on" of 3 months to "recover" from their illness and prepare for their second mandated dose.

Those who collapsed with life threatening anaphylaxis on dose one, were denied exemptions, and instead informed to take their next dose promptly at an Emergency Department where a crash cart and a Resuscitation Team would be at hand.

Did you know that there have been almost 67,000 individual Adverse Event reports filed with CARM for Covid injections? (One report may include several different medical events). Medsafe informs us in our OIAs that this will be a large under reporting (they estimate in the realm of 20 times underreporting rate) of ACTUAL adverse events.

Did you know that almost 45,000 medical events were reported, deemed SERIOUS by the reporter - this means a significant medical event requiring hospitalisation and/or permanent or ongoing injury or illness.

Then there are the 193 deaths following Pfizer mRNA reported to Medsafe ...many who did not receive an autopsy following their death.

These lives of the injured and the mandated out, are still broken to this day. Many are deeply traumatised, emotionally broken, and financially broken...and many still battling chronic unrelenting, life altering physical injury from this medical product.

There is no financial support for most of them. Battling ACC becomes a Herculean effort, overwhelming and impossible for most of the mRNA injured. Eventually they give up and live on sickness benefits or on the largess of family and friends.

Where was your genuine, unbiased investigative reporting when 1000s of these New Zealanders, with absolutely nothing left to loose, gathered in front of Parliament for weeks on end?

All we remember are endless column inches devoted to demeaning, belittling and harassing. Doctors, teachers, nurses, professionals from every walk of life, branded "Conspiracy Theorist" and "Anti Vaxer".

Not ONE of your highly trained journalists bothering to side step the chocking Government ordained propaganda, to do their job....to investigate, listen and report the truth.

Phil I could turn this "focus group" into a book, but I have run out of column inches here.

If you want to save your media station and draw back your readers and your viewers, I suggest you read, reread and reread this again.

Give voice to the suffering of so many New Zealanders. Say you are sorry and mean it.

I can provide you with endless OIA's to back up everything I have stated here.

I hold 1000s of emails attesting to this harm - I submitted 1200 PAGES of these reports to the Covid Inquiry Phase 1.

Interview the vaccine injured. Write their stories.

Investigate our inadequate pharmacovigilance system, and our punitive and broken ACC system.

I make myself fully available for interviews and to share information, data, peer reviewed science, vaccine injury reports and Official Information responses with you.

Telling us how you use AI will not bring us back Phil.

Only humility, truth and justice will have even the smallest chance of doing that.

I have attended the Soundcheck Aotearoa professional S*xual Harm Prevention in the Music Industry workshops.

I have used the SHARPA service to sucfessfully guide and address a restorative approach to an issue of harm. Their service was professional and astute, while offering caring human understandings and effective outcomes.

I thoroughly recommend checking out their important role in this space:

SoundCheck Aotearoa Community Restorative Framework

A tool for music communities and workplaces dealing with sexual harm and figuring out next steps

In 2023, SoundCheck Aotearoa began developing a resource (a Community Restorative Framework or ‘CRF’) to address the ripple out effects of sexual harm in communities and workplaces.

The final resource will be a short guide that provides a framework to help organisations, communities and businesses work through topics like:

• whether to work with people who have done/been accused of harm

• ‘accountability’, ‘rehabilitative’ and ‘restorative options’ available

• the reintroduction of individuals who have caused harm

• how to address safety concerns of other staff who have contact with the accused in a safer and survivor-informed way.

There is no one single outcome that will work for every community or survivor, so the framework will instead provide some questions to help people work through issues and be able to talk about actions they want to take within their community after someone has done harm.

Have your say and help us create an inclusive resource

We are now seeking input from people in the music community, to ensure we create a resource that has a broad range of voices, experiences and backgrounds. We are keen to hear from anyone who would like to comment about music communities or workspaces (please note that this includes any spaces online or offline where people are doing music-related work).

Submit your input on this resource -->

https://form.jotform.com/242238350470855

Why do we need a Community Restorative Framework?
Over the past few years SoundCheck Aotearoa have received queries from members of the music community who are dealing with things like:

the reintroduction of individuals who have caused harm accountability for previous behaviour whether to work with people who have done/been accused of harm how to support survivors and /or a person who has done/been accused of harm how to encourage healthier behaviours the place of public apologies and statements rehabilitative and restorative options available the steps needed to inform decision making around booking bands when a band member has been accused of harm how to address safety concerns of other staff who have contact with the accused what to do about awards, bookings and contact with people who have done harm or been accused and many more elements resulting from the impact on the community of sexual harm.

Ways to share your input on the Community Restorative Framework

Option 1: Submit your input through the Jotform below.

*All submissions made via Jotform will only be sent directly to and viewed by the specialists working on this framework. Please read more about how we will use the submissions on our website here.

Submit via Jotform

Option 2: Meet with the SHAPRA (Mel Calvesbert) and/or Independent S*xual Harm Prevention Consultant (Rachel Harrison) on Zoom. Please contact them through the SHAPRA service and they will reach out to make a time to talk.

Contact SHAPRA

Option 3: While we can't guarantee this as an option due to current funding and resource restrictions, we encourage you to reach out to us if you would feel best providing input in a group/hui environment with others. If this would be your preference, please let us know where you are based and any needs you have to make this a safe and useful experience for you. You are welcome to contact the SHAPRA with this information or leave your contact details in the Jotform.

This meme has truth for me in how I observe people around me growing, the ones I really admire and feel safe with embrace these qualities, AND there us a very important quality I will add, that I believe is missed here;

Knowing when and where the boundary is placed to say that's not mine to own, or this part is actually yours to own, or actually you are projecting this on me and It is not accepted, I give it back to you to inspect from a place of ownership yourself.

Such projections and ownership are infrequently exclusive or complete, more often there is partial ownership both ways.

We are both right and we are both wrong, or... in a more observant fashion... there is no right or wrong, there just is

Gotta say, what a joy to be in community that purposfully and consciously priorotises connection and joy to ballance out the intensity of recent times.

Our fortnightly community evening meeting and gathering over a mouthwatering kai was uplifting the moment we arrived. Me Cameo and Jupiter.

We missed most the meeting but saw through 4 important areas of discussion ticked off with such ease and grace and respect. The sociopathic process underpinning the process: everyone has a spindle of colored cards and holds one up if they have a question (yellow) a clarification (i think thats green or blue) or a point of objection (red ) and several more.

Ist incredibly efficient and inclusive and can be achieved with so much relevant appropriate humor also. Its actually a fun process when we approach it with such attitude.

Im excited for my kids to experience observing this first hand.

This hit an eruption of enthusiasm when we closed with announcing something we are each celebrating today or this week.

A flourish of yahoos and deep belly laughs each in succession to the next after each offering.

I could celebrate 8 days sober, and 8 days no p**n, no redbulls and no ejaculations!

Then we finished with an incredible beyond so good vegetarian kai and crazy good desert made by Liz for all.

Theres 24 or so and its devine to eat in the same room and drop out of the intensity of the week together.

Theres loud laughter and connections bonding in multi form circles and pairs.

Then the highlight:

We started a game of "chameleon" all of us first time players.

It became a beautiful crescendo of chaos and laughter as we felt the character gifts we each possess at playing, at poker face tactics that bust out of the serious into total crack up free laughter and joy.

And my kids were integral and engaged.

And happy.

We went to bed full and after a morning camp coffee on our plot of dirt we got into thd mahi of our own, emptied a vanload of wood and iron for structure and shelter constructions this summer, an IzBC 1000 litre water container.

Then we left to explore Port Albert, essentially a lone Cafe and wickedly exciting and windy wharf and playground park on the waters edge.

So appreciate saturday intimate outings with Cameo and Jupiter. They are pillars of gold in my rich life and time is valuable togher.

Coffee, slice, delectable snapper n chips and a burger and its off home, adventured out and feeling filled with hope and community love.

3 years ago we created this epic community discussion.

Hey its back on my radar...

⭐ P**n Panel ⭐

Exploring the Impacts & Benefits of P**n.
Join our dream panel as we invite this topic out from under the rug into talking and listening from a neutral space and moving it forward into the future in a very different way.

This is where we chuck out the judgment along with the fear, control and restriction that accompanies it so we can create conscious conversations that engage family, friends, and communities from a place of empowerment where we feel equipped with new tools and approaches to navigate p**n in the world we live in - not simply repeating the old ways of the world we came from.

This session will invite curiosity, courage and compassion with participants leaving the experience confident, empowered and excited to hold real, honest and much needed conversations with their loved ones within a very intentional, supported and open environment grounded in deep levels of connection where any and every topic is up for discussion.

This will invite your loved ones to feel encouraged by your confident inquiry into naturalizing what may be edgy, under the radar, previously unspoken about and necessary in this very different world. Learning what is real and possible through open discussion of the impacts and the benefits of p**nography directly from our shared ‘grey hair’ experiences to learn and grow from.
