Pura Aura Soul- Back to Self 🤍🌙🦋

Our last event of the Walk the Talk Series for Youthline NZ is a relaxing yoga practice and social cacao circle to open up the heart and warm up the soul, and a journaling session to reflect on your experience 🧘🏻‍♀️

Join us for a soul-nourishing journey as we blend the ancient practices of yoga and cacao ceremony into a harmonious experience of self-discovery and connection. In this unique gathering, we will come together to honour our bodies, awaken our hearts, and deepen our presence. We’ll start with a slow yoga flow suitable for all levels, designed to open the body, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. This practice will guide you through a series of mindful movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, allowing you to tune into the wisdom of your body. Following our yoga practice, we’ll transition into a social cacao circle, made from ethically sourced organic cacao pods, this heart-opening elixir has been used for centuries in indigenous traditions for its medicinal and ceremonial properties. Together, we’ll sip on this divine elixir, bring out our journals to begin setting intentions and reflect. 🧡

Your contribution will not only secure your spot but also contribute to a meaningful cause, supporting Youthline’s mission to make a positive impact towards the mental health of young people. 100% of the ticket price will go towards the Walk the Talk challenge to fundraiser for Youthline NZ.
