I used to watch patients set massive goals in January and quit by February.
New diet & nutrition plan. New workout plan. New health & food supplements. New schedule. All at once.
By Valentine's Day they were exhausted, discouraged, and convinced something was wrong with them.
Nothing was wrong with them. The plan was wrong.
After 15 years of clinical practice, I can tell you exactly what works: one habit so small you almost laugh at it. Something you physically cannot fail at.
Two push-ups on the kitchen counter while the coffee brews.
A 15-minute walk after dinner.
One deep breath before you open the fridge.
Barefoot walking for few minutes on the grass or sand.
A bit slow morning.
Have a Holistic Health conversation with the right person.
That's it. That's the starting line...π―
Because here's what nobody tells you: the habit itself is not the point. The point is that you showed up. And when you show up for something tiny, your brain starts to believe you're the kind of person who shows up. That belief is what changes everything else.
So here's what I want you to do right now.
Think about the one health goal that matters most to you today. Not five goals. One.
Now ask yourself: what is the smallest possible action I could attach to something I already do every day?
That's your healing habit. Write it down. Do it today. Celebrate when you finish.
Save this post for the next time you're tempted to overhaul everything.
Best Wishes & Have a great health...ππͺπ»βοΈ
