Hi everyone, I thought I’d finally introduce myself on here ☀️
I’m Isobel, and I’m currently studying naturopathy and have been for the past three and a half years. My interest in natural health actually started with my own health journey, where I began using natural medicine to support my own wellbeing, and that’s what led me to study naturopathy and want to help others feel better in their own bodies too.
I’m really passionate about holistic health, but I also strongly value evidence-based practice. I have a big interest in gut health, hormones, and the nervous system, and I love looking at how nutrition, lifestyle, and stress all work together and impact how we feel day to day.
A little exciting update — I am currently in clinic and will be taking clients from mid to late April. If you’re interested in working with a student practitioner at a reduced rate, feel free to send me a message ☺️
