The body is in a profound. perfect and intrinsic harmony with its own Reality Context, already Given.

There is no where to get to, or become, in the language and presumptions of male orthodoxy, “knowers” and authorities of all kinds.

Consciousness is not an abstract thing. Consciousness appears as all form and movement…
As you and me,
and the trees
and the bees,
As the flowing waters,
As bright sun,
And the galaxies.

Consciousness cannot be separated from What is perceives. The perceiver and the perceived are one, not two. The two are one. They are one movement, one energy.

The only meditation is the inherent union with tangible objects, starting with your own body and breath, then all objects of the entire cosmos. Only by this means can consciousness be realized to be all that there is.

The body is not a weakness. It is a vehicle of power… of the cosmos. The cycles of life are also that power.

Therefore, shift your meditation from the attempt to transcend circumstance, thoughts and emotions, to intimacy with all arising. Embrace and welcoming all experience, pleasurable or painful. Walk towards them, don’t just observe them. Don’t attempt to be aware. Embrace What is already Here.

Be a Yogi oh reader.
(From the Bhagavad Gita)

If you’re despairing, if you’re at the end of the road ? Good! Throw in the towel, give up… you are pure existence always already. No circumstance or emotion can disturb that. You don’t need to build an identity around circumstance and emotion. Welcome them. Walk toward them. These are light ripples, a part of Reality / God on the holy waters of your pure existence.

AND take action free of the outcomes of action. That begins with… sacrifice the inhalation to the exhalation. Sacrifice the exhalation to the inhalation. Let strength be utterly receptive, as it is in the natural state of all life. You are in the natural state.

Be a yogi oh reader.

Fight and think of me… says Krishna to Arjuna. (that’s you, the reader!).

The Goddess flows..

I am deeply moved by the accuracy of this teaching… in the flow of Bali spirit blessings

The Goddess flows.
The spirits of Bali are happy that the yoga of Veda that Krishnamacharya brought forth has entered Bali.

And that’s What there IS and All there IS.

‘Similarly”, said the Buddha to the monks, ‘I have taught the Dhamma compared to a raft, for the purpose of crossing over, not for the purpose of holding onto. Understanding the Dhamma as taught compared to a raft, you should let go even of Dhammas, to say nothing of non-Dhammas”. Bhikkhu 2004)

Beautiful meeting at Colombo Airport… we do not discuss what is meditation?! It was a deep pleasure non the less to experience this deep sincere Buddhist culture of Sri Lanka.

At Senses Yoga studio a class is about to begin called: The Buddha was a Yogi. taught by Sachi in her mother tongue, Sinhalese

What is the nature of Yoga? What is the nature Yoga Teacher?

Four day Immersion starts Wednesday Feb 18… at the ARMA Museum of Art Ubud

5 Principles of Heart of Yoga. The lost teachings of the Tantras
Body Movement is Breath Movement: The breath initiates and directs all. Asana (posture) is a form of meditation where you become one with the movement, ensuring that breathing and physical action are inseparable.
Breath Envelops the Body Movement: The breath starts slightly before the movement and ends slightly after the movement. It is not just about inhaling or exhaling during a pose, but letting the breath guide the entry and exit.
Inhalation from Above, Exhalation from Below: The inhale represents receptivity (moving limbs away from the torso/opening), while the exhale represents grounding and strength (moving limbs towards the torso).
Asana Creates Bandha, Bandha Serves the Breath: Postures are not about forced flexibility but about intelligent engagement of muscle groups (bandhas) to support the breath and protect the body.
Seamless Integration (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation): Asana prepares the body for pranayama (breath control), which in turn allows for meditation. These are not separate, compartmentalized activities but a continuous, interconnected process.

February 18-21 Immersion… Ubud Bali

We are hosted by the Agung Rai Museum of Art surrounded by the ancient beauty of realizers and ecstatics.

Spirit and material are one. Not two. To stay pure of the toxic effect of culture presuming they are separate, I suggest we relinquish one of these concepts… it’s one or the other. I choose the material. The physical is everything. The whole cosmos is in the body. The body is in a unitary movement with the total cosmos.

The three great Acharyas of Vedanta were required to make commentaries on three ancient texts, the Brahma Sutra, Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yogasutra.

Krishnamacharya pointed out that the heart of these sacred texts, was the relationship between teacher and student. The relationship brought Shakti, aliveness into the text. Without that they remained dead and worthless knowledge.

‘Similarly,” said the Buddha to the monks, ‘I have taught the Dhamma compared to a raft, for the purpose of crossing over, not for the purpose of holding onto. Understanding the Dhamma as taught compared to a raft, you should let go even of Dhammas, to say nothing of non-Dhammas”. (Bhikkhu 2004)

To all my ancient associates and fellow wanderers we will gather in the heart of yoga in the heart of Bali for a four day transmission and heart celebrations.
