One Nest One Nest was birthed by two sisters in 2017 from the same Nest/family who collaborated their passions together to form an holistic health business. Period!

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and the need to ensure the quality of any products being sold, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your selection before your purchase is made. However if the item is

faulty or an incorrect item is sent, we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or store credit at the customer’s choice. In this situation, certain conditions apply:

1) YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS.

2) IF INCORRECT ITEM(S) WERE RECEIVED, THE RETURNED ITEM(S) MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN RESELLABLE CONDITION. I want to return an item, what do I do?

1) Contact us via email (we.are.one.nest@gmail.com) within seven days of receipt of your item(s) and inform us of the issue with your order and the relevant reason code. There are six valid return reason codes:

A = Incorrect item sent - send correct item or issue store/shipping credit if replacement unavailable

B = Incorrect item sent - send correct item or issue refund including shipping if replacement unavailable

C = Incorrect item sent - just issue refund including shipping please

D = Item received faulty - send replacement or issue store/shipping credit if replacement unavailable

E = Item received faulty - send replacement or issue refund including shipping if replacement unavailable

F = Item received faulty - just issue refund including shipping please

2) Upon our confirmation, simply package up the item(s) that you are returning together with a copy of the invoice provided with your order and address it to:

3) Email us a copy of the receipt for your return shipping. Return shipping will be at our cost provided the return is in accordance with this policy. We recommend you use a courier service, as we are not responsible for any item(s) lost in transit. If your item(s) are being returned for a refund, please include in your email the name and bank account number of the account that you wish to have the refund put into.

4a) For returns for credit, once we receive and process your item(s) we will email you with your credit code, which is in the form of a discount code for the amount of your returned item(s), original shipping and return shipping. Using your discount code is easy! Just hop onto our online shop and add items you like into your cart as usual. When you get to checkout just insert your unique discount code to receive your credit.

4b) For returns for a refund, once we receive and process your item(s) we will transfer the refund into the bank account you provided under 3) above. WARRANTIES

We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“CGA”) for all products purchased from One Nest Limited other than products falling within the business use exemption provided for within the CGA. We will also adhere to the Fair Trading Act 1986 as required by law. No other warranties except those required by law are made with respect to these products. If the product is under warranty the following steps will apply. We will also credit you the cost of handling and delivery.

1. If possible the product will be repaired to the standard of the manufacturer free of charge.
2. If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace with the same product.
3. If no replacement is available, we will issue a store credit or a refund according to the customer's choice. PRICING

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. If you're in New Zealand prices are inclusive of GST. Additional charges for shipping will apply (please see Shipping below). All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Keep in mind that if you're outside New Zealand, your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Sorry, but we can't cover that cost for you. DISCOUNT POLICY

From time to time One Nest Limited may make special promotional offers including but not limited to price discounts, volume discounts, shipping discounts, etc. These offers are made purely at the discretion of One Nest Limited and can be withdrawn at any time. The nature of these offers, the timing of these offers and the terms associated with these offers are also purely at the discretion of One Nest Limited. No discount will be applied retroactively. Unfortunately that sometimes means that a customer may pay more for an item if they purchase before an offer is publicised or after an offer ends. SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND ONLY AT THIS STAGE)

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing. Orders are processed when credit card authorisation and/or bank deposit has cleared. Orders are generally shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We charge a flat rate of $9.50 within New Zealand for shipping and handling. We use Courier Post (non-signature required tracked courier). Orders shipped via Courier Post typically arrive within 3 business days AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT VIA EMAIL. Rural deliveries may take longer. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Questions regarding your personal orders, returns and so on should be emailed directly to us as outlined above, not posted to the One Nest page. Product questions with general community value can be posted to our page. In the event customer-specific order and returns questions are posted to the One Nest page, One Nest Limited reserves the right to direct the poster to contact customer service directly and/or remove the poster's comment or post.
