This Thursday Feb 5th is the next Calm Collective “Self-Love edition”. (Women’s Wellness Circle. 6pm-8pm

We’ll begin with our traditional Cacao ☕️ceremony, followed by a short discussion on the topic of Self-Love.
There will be time for discussion and I’ll offer journal prompts. (Bring your journal!) 📔

I’ll then lead a guided meditation with my medicine drum to heal the heart and integrate our topic.

There will Vegan dinner will be a gluten-free lasagna (lighter on the digestive system 🍅)

$35 includes everything.
$30 for students or unemployed.

Yep, it’s been one year since I started Calm Collective my bi-monthly women’s wellness circle. Just on time for the winter solstice here in New Zealand. 🪷🌟

I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to serve and hold space for other like-minded ladies, to come together and connect, feel good and be calm. This week is a celebration of that one year anniversary. There will be gifts for everybody present. 🎁
We will kick off with our soothing, traditional cacao ceremony, followed by a 40 minute sound bath and then followed by a tasty plant-based dinner and a healthy but delicious naturally sweet cake! 🎂

Calm Collective our bi monthly women’s wellness circle is happening this Thursday, June 12 on the full moon. 🌕

Happening from 6 PM till 8 PM. We kick off with our wonderful cacao ceremony which I’m excited to be using Mamamuti’s Wahine blend.

I will then share some of my top tips to stay warm this winter based on my knowledge of Ayurveda. A topic that I am been familiar with for the last 20 years. We will also practice a little bit of somatic movement to release stress from our bodies and engage in some self massage on our feet with some organic sesame seed oil.
Following this practice, (and washing our hands)😅, we will delight in a homemade (cooked by myself) plant-based dinner.
