Healthy lifestyles aren't just for us humans but also our pets. We need to make sure our furbabies are also living a physically and emotionally healthy lifestyle so it is important to provide them with exercise, play and ofcourse a healthy diet. For my girl she gets brown rice, vegetables and dog biscuits twice a day. Just remember not all foods are good for our pets especially dogs so always check what u can and can't give them. 🙂🐶

Continuing on with the celebration another hearty meal for dinner.. love summer for the weather but also for the bbqs. Tonight bbq chicken wings, potato salad, spinach and brocoli coleslaw salad with garlic bread and well a couple brewskees. Safe to say today has been not been a very clean day of eating and that is ok. It's all about balance after all,

If you suffer from anxiety or depression you may find it hard dealing with the simplest of daily tasks even getting out of bed can be a struggle. I myself suffer from anxiety and do unfortunately have quite severe anxiety attacks not just emotionally but physically that i have veen hospitilised for. I now even get anxiety over having anxiety scared of what the next attack with be like so each day for me is different and that's why it is important to take things as they come and make sure you listen to your body and your mind. If you need rest the rest, if you need to get out then go out. If you need time alone then enjoy that time but remember not to stay trapped in that mindset and become isolated from the world because that in itself can be detrimental to your overall health especially emotionally. Today for me it's having a nice naughty breakfast and chilling in the sun with my fur baby. Something so simple yet so calming and enjoyable. Happy Tuesday everyone 😁

Today's lunch was another hearty meal which was good for the soul but not so much the body but that's OK do what is needed to support your emotional health as long as its in moderation. Bacon pasta with garlics cheese buns.

My favorite meal is pork belly and combined with a nice salad makes a great meal if your doing keto.

Nothing like a nice roast meal with your loved ones on a cold wet day 😋 A high carb meal with alot of potatoes, pumpkin, peas amd lamb. A perfect meal for two 🤣🤣. Remember its all about balance so enjoy the naughty things also.

Today's breaky: bacon and eggs on toast. 2 pieces of vogels very thin toast, 1egg, 1 piece bacon, avocado, spinach l, salt, pepper, mixed herbs with just a smidge of garlic aoli . Great meal for those who enjoy keto. Nom nom nom.

Sometimes we need reminding that it's OK to have down days and do what we need to get through especially those who suffer from anxiety, depression or any other physical or emotional conditions. Do what is necessary to get through that day or days but remember to rise up and not to stay trapped in that darkness.
