Lifeline Aotearoa today had the pleasure of hosting Mental Health Minister Hon Matt Doocey MP , Green Party Co-leader Chlöe Swarbrick arbrick and various Health New Zealand officials.

They spent time speaking with Lifeline counsellors who shared their personal insights and experiences.

The group then met with PSN CE Shaun Greaves, Social Services GM Grenville Hendricks and Practice Development Manager Jane Bennett, where they discussed the crucial role that Lifeline plays in our country’s mental health system.

It was great to meet face-to-face and share our strong commitment to improving mental health services in New Zealand.

The 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐚 is now heading to the Christchurch area, where a couple of keen lads plan to see it back in action—possibly even at the Ruapuna Race Circuit. We wish them all the best!
