What is "shadow work"?

It is looking at, and healing, all of the wounds in your psyche that lie in the subconscious mind. Anything that you cannot 'see' is in darkness. Ie. Shadow.
You must bring it into the light for the conscious mind to be able to see it. You must see it to know it exists. You must know your own wounds in order to heal them. What you cannot see, you cannot heal.
