Clendon Medical Centre Price Increase Notice

As you know, Clendon Medical Centre is committed to providing high-quality, professional healthcare services to our clients.
From 4th August 2025 Our Practice Fees Will Be Increasing to $30.50 for non-community service card holders and $20 for community service cardholders for patients 18 years and over. Below is our detailed fee.

CareHQ offer to our patients.

We understand that sometimes it is not possible to get an appointment with one of our doctors when you need it. This might be because it is after our usual hours of business and the practice is closed, or the time you need isn’t available. We are excited to let you know that you can now access a trusted and quality virtual GP consultation via CareHQ 7am – 7pm, 7 days per week. Find out more and make an appointment via www.carehq.co.nz

Patients with a community services card will pay $19.50 and will cost $49.95 for everyone else for a standard 10-minute appointment with a GP. Please note, this is subsidised down from the standard cost $79.95, as a benefit of being part of the ProCare PHO Network. CareHQ service will continue until Sunday 9 February.

To see an online doctor, all you need is a computer or smart phone. Open your Manage My Health patient portal online or smartphone app, scroll down until you see ‘View alternative appointment providers’ and click on CareHQ. Select a GP 10-minute appointment, either CSC or non-CSC and ‘continue’. From here you will be asked to enter some standard details performing and making payment.

Our practice will be closed for Christmas between 25 - 27 December, New Year's between 1 - 3 January . If you need support, you can get a virtual GP consultation from the comfort of home, anywhere in New Zealand by using CareHQ. GPs are available from 7am – 9pm, 7 days per week.

Southern Cross members should use their MySouthernCross app to book their appointment, and non-Southern Cross patients can access CareHQ directly via the Manage My Health patient portal.

From Monday 16 December 2024, through to Sunday 19 January 2025, as a benefit of belonging to our practice, pricing for a 10-minute GP consultation will be $49.95 for a standard 10-minute appointment, or $19.50 for Community Services Card holders appointment, when booked via the Manage My Health patient portal.
