CUCUMBER JUICE

Lemon water- squeeze lemon to taste build up to one litre.
30 min break
Cucumber juice- build up to one litre.
30 min break
Smoothie time/fresh fruit
Don’t try starting with one litre of each- you will overwhelm your body. Start with smaller amounts then build up. Make sure you leave approx 30 min between consuming the two or you won’t feel great. Run the cucumber pulp through the juicer again to maximise output. You can also graze on the pulp for a snack.
