Protein yoghurt bowl goodness

🌟 1 cup of unsweetened greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt for dairy free)

🌟 1 scoop Protein powder mixed through yoghurt. I like GoGood whey isolate.

🌟 1T freshly ground linseed

🌟 Sprinkle a handful or paleo granola/nuts and seeds, i add cacao nibs and a fre slices of banana.

🌟 40grams of protein to kick off the day right.

🌟 2-3 eggs whisked.
🌟 Lightly cook eggs and after 1min place low carb tortilla on top, cook further 30secs or so.
🌟 Add desired fillings.. I always overfill
🌟 Fold in half and cook another 30 secs or so.
🌟 No knives or forks needed.
