Clodagh holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick. She worked as a biomechanist with the Australian Olympic Swimming team, AFL, and Rugby 7's players, and published research on Master's Athletes. At Santry's Sports Surgery Clinic, she specialised in biomechanical testing post-ACL, groin, and shoulder surgeries, and coached Strength and Conditioning for Munster Rugby Development. She earned a Master's in Physiotherapy from University College Cork and has further training in Medical Acupuncture, Dry Needling, NKT therapy, Pelvic Health, and Pilates, integrating these with physiotherapy for diverse clients.
