So here’s what we did today-we split the gym into 5 movement sections each 4.5m apart to help decrease contamination risk. Classes are limited to 5 people and life at sweet7 continues for now.

I tried this and it worked instantly! 💥🧂😤😃 you can also add a pinch of sea salt to your 💧 bottle to help reduce inflammation in your respiratory system. The ratio of salt and minerals in sea salt helps to balance out the minerals in your body helping to get rid of excess mucus and reducing congestion of lungs and nasal passages! Happy Monday
