Survivors Speak out

Survivors Speak out I'm a stage 3 cancer survivor and single mom of two, on a mission to lift up anyone dealing with pain—whether it's from health or heartbreak. Take care of it. 💚

I believe in trusting God’s plan and love helping others grow their faith, feel stronger, & live healthier lives! As stage 3 cancer survivor, I’ve learned the hard way that health is everything. I urge everyone to prioritize their well-being now — don’t wait until it’s too late. Your health is your greatest wealth.

Sometimes it’s not that you are not enough , you’re just in the wrong place.

The right people and the right season will recognize your worth. ✨

I’m at a stage in life where effort speaks louder than apologies.

Duly noted. Justice must be served.

Catharsis is emotional cleansing. Allowing what is held inside to be felt, expressed, and released. It often occurs through expressions such as crying, reflection, prayer, art, or honest conversation.

SCANXIETY is real.

For cancer survivors, CT scans are something we WANT but also something we FEAR. 😂 We know the results can bring peace… but the waiting can bring anxiety.😰

But today, I’m choosing GRATITUDE. 🙏🏻
Grateful that I get another surveillance check this year for FREE. ☺️
Grateful for Pinoy nurses who are always kind, patient, and efficient.

And I was ecstatic to experience a vein ultrasound today! 😄
With my tiny veins, I’m usually dipping my arms in a bucket of warm water and praying there’s no more fishing after “kapa-kapa” (feeling the veins).

But not today! What a relief!!! 😅😂

One step, one scan, always in faith. 💪🏻

Smiling like everything's okay... when deep down, you're crying for them. wishing they didn't have to feel different.
Then I remind myself, God sees it all. He'll turn this pain into something beautiful one day.
