The only thing that holds us back from achieving our goals and living our dreams is our mindset. The roadmap for living was created during our informative years and it guides us subconsciously from within. We often can not explain why things set us off, push our buttons because these programs run deep within our subconscious. All we know is that we keep feeling and reacting the same way. Whilst we may have a few beliefs that we have consciously chosen, the majority of beliefs have accumulated unconsciously, and because we tend to remember negative experiences in preference to positive experiences, our beliefs tend to be limiting rather than empowering. The only way to create change is to become aware of our reactions and feelings and then go to that level of the mind where these are stored - the subconscious mind. To enter this level of the mind we need to slow down our brain waves and enter a state of relaxed yet focused concentration, the hypnotic state.
