KYRO26 has come to a close.

For 26 days this community committed to one simple thing:

Just Show Up.

Early morning runs.
Late night gym sessions.
Long rides.
Recovery days.
The sessions no one sees.

Across the challenge we saw 800+ sessions logged, 1000km+ covered, and athletes showing up across 10+ disciplines.

But the real result wasn’t the numbers.

It was the community that formed around a shared mindset:
show up for yourself and keep moving forward.

To everyone who took part, thank you. The consistency, effort and support across the community was incredible to watch.

Ironman Fuelling Strategy

An in depth breakdown of how KYRO Athlete .amiesongraham fuelled for his Ironman.

Conquering the course also means conquering how you fuel. This is certain for any form of exercise.

You only go as far as the amount of gas you have in the tank. Under fuelling can be the difference from a life changing moment or a DNF and that is why we preach this.

As there is no better feeling then conquering what you set out for, so don’t set limits on how what you can achieve by ignoring what it takes to get there.
