Sore or tight muscles? 😬 Sometimes stretching just doesn't cut it and that's where massage comes in! I utilise deep tissue techniques to release tension and promote muscle recovery 💪

👀 In this photo, I'm using a compression technique on the calf. It's particularly effective for runners and while it might hurt a bit at the time, my clients always say that it feels great after!
