This is a journey into two simply powerful plant medicines. Their stories, history, relationships & differences. The way they weave through ritual ceremony & the mundanity of everyday life.

Another chapter ends,
not with silence, but with spark.
Uncertainty,
twists,
and the kind of joy that dances with pain.
It was raw,
it was real,
and it was mine.

I shed layers I no longer live in.
Masks fell.
Stories dissolved.

I remembered the truth of who I am.

I will not abandon myself again.
Now, I write from the voice of my inner child
honoring the wounds,
cherishing the wonder.

In presence, I’ve returned to her.
To me.
I am the mother
I always needed.
And now,
I am home.
