So often, the focus is on what to cut from our diet, but what about what we can add?🥦

I made a simple pasta bake and threw in spinach, capsicum, onion, carrot, and courgette. More nutrients, more volume (so the meal goes further), and more flavour. Easy win!

I challenge you to add at least one extra vegetable to a meal you’re already planning to make this week.
