Why the texture of Ō MĀNUKA sticks has changed.
Some of our stick products are being gradually transitioned from raw honey to creamed honey, which means colour and texture may vary depending on the product and production timing.
Raw honey was originally chosen to allow for a cleaner experience in stick form.
Over time, we continued refining temperature control, texture, and filling stability to develop a form more suited to the stick format.
The result is a creamed honey form designed to deliver a smoother and more consistent experience — refined through our Precision Creaming Process™.
Currently,
UMF 10+ / MGO 263+ has been transitioned to creamed honey in the latest production,
while UMF 15+ / MGO 514+ is still being shipped in its existing raw honey form and will transition in due course.
