✨ Our Arcturian Friends & the Healing Light Streams ✨

Many of you ask about the Arcturians and the light beings I work with, so I felt guided to share a little more about who they are and how they support us.

The Arcturians are highly evolved, benevolent beings who work through frequency, geometry, and light. They do not intervene or override free will — instead, they gently assist by offering healing codes, light streams, and higher-order intelligence that supports awakening, balance, and remembrance.

For many years now, they have been in conscious contact with me, and with others across the world who are open and attuned. This contact doesn’t look the same for everyone — for some it’s visual, for others it’s felt, sensed, heard, or simply known. There is no hierarchy here, only resonance.

Through this connection, I was taught frequency light-points healing — a way of working with specific light points in and around the body that correspond with multidimensional anatomy. These points act like gateways, allowing geometric light streams to move through the physical, emotional, mental, and subtle bodies, gently restoring harmony where there has been distortion, overload, or fatigue.

The geometric light you often see or feel is not symbolic — it carries intelligence. Geometry is a universal language, and when these light streams are received, the body remembers how to recalibrate itself naturally. Nothing is forced. Healing happens in alignment with the soul.

The Arcturians are deeply involved with the Earth at this time. Their focus is on:
• Supporting the planetary grids
• Assisting humanity through energetic transitions
• Helping sensitive and awakened souls stabilise their nervous systems and bodies
• Anchoring higher frequencies into everyday life, not escaping it

They work quietly, compassionately, and with great respect for human experience.

If you are drawn to this image, to the geometry, or to these words, trust that. Attraction is resonance. You don’t need to “believe” anything — simply feel what lands for you.

We are not here to be saved.
We are here to remember.
And we are lovingly supported as we do.
