I’ve always found a way to feel good within myself, without needing external validation.
I've always felt I've stood up when I need to
I've always felt I take accountability when I need to
It’s easy not to feel triggered when life is comfortable and no one is testing your spirit. Growth shows up when you’re stretched, when you feel alone, or moving from lifestyle to another, when you have no choice but to face yourself.
People often assume you have it all figured out because they see the glow. They hear the birds talking positive.
What they don’t see are the sacrifices, the healing, the prayers, the mistakes and repair, the nights spent rebuilding from within.
It’s easy to love when you get what you want.
But to love without expectations, with patience, compassion and deep understanding… that is the real journey.
The pathway to true love of self.
Of God.
Of others.
Doing it alone is not loneliness.
