This is a NON-residential retreat; every evening you will go back home so you don't have to worry about organising children, pets,husband...while mornings and afternoons will be just for yourself and your wellbeing.

It's not about perfection, it's about showing up everyday.

On may 11th I will start a 40 days meditation journey for deep sleep.

In Kundalini Yoga, doing the same meditation for 40, 90, or 120 days, is a way to change your habits and show up for yourself. This meditation is called Shabad Kriya and it is helpful to relax and improve sleep.

There are so many ways to experience life through our physical body!

We can be adventurous, playful, super-exhausted after a run...

The St Clair half marathon has become a tradition for me, and I can tell you something guys, even if my body is not getting any younger...I am so grateful for the breathwork we do in Kundalini Yoga, as my lungs capacity is way better now then years ago :)

For years I have been a master procrastinator ( and still do that for some activities..eheh), however my attitude towards meditation has completely changed.

And what really made the shift, was commiting to a 40 days of daily practice.
