Partner workouts are the best… especially when someone isn’t counting the same as most people 🤣🤣🤣 Today was…. I GO - YOU GO… one person working hard for max reps whilst the other rests and recovers… then switch! Nice work ladies… there was a lot of reps!

I’ve just completed an 8 week nutrition block with the fabulous . Wow! As you know, I started this journey to learn more about how nutrition and the role it plays as you age. Being post menopausal and not on HRT this was important to me. I love veggies, eggs and salmon and have always eaten a balanced diet, so I loved working with Lisa. Her recipes are quick, tasty and made from scratch. They were well received by a houseful of men (which was an initial concern for me). Weekly check ins via a messaging app kept me accountable and also gave me an opportunity to double check things and have a focus point for the week. Lisa challenged me and asked me some difficult questions…. sometimes you need to hear the answers out loud. This wasn’t about weight loss but I have noticed subtle changes to make body shape that I’m really pleased about. This, coupled with regular strength training puts me in a strong position moving forward to tackle the aging process.
Whether you want to lose weight, learn more about tweaking your already balanced diet, or (like me) you want to head into the next phase of your life knowing you are giving your body the best possible chance to age well and stay strong…. then get in contact with Lisa… she’s amazing!

Term 2 Registrations are Open!
We all know how important it is to strength train as we age. Keeping your bones and muscles strong can only be achieved by weight training, so if this is important to you then come and do it at the local community gym in the heart of Brightwater. There are so many benefits to supporting local and building connections with other like minded women of the community. DM to register
