And that's a Wrap! 2025 has been a great year for connection, growth and tieing up loose ends.

Thank you to everyone that has supported me this year, it has been amazing to watch the progression that everyone has made.

Happy New Year!
I am back up and running for the year ahead, and what a great year it's going to be.

Wellness consults will be available from the 3rd of February 😊 pm for more info

Stretch & Mobility classes will commence on the Monday the 13th.

There will be another 6 week functional F**t class coming up with the term dates. So watch this space for the registration form link.

This one's for the kids!!!!
Looking for something different to get your kids active?
With the weather warming up and winter sports finishing, here is your chance for the kids to try something different.

Kids F**t is a class for children aged between 8 - 12, designed to get them engaged and excited about physical activity in a different way. Body weighted exercises focused on agility, speed, flexibility, strength and maintaining functional movement.

Term 4 Thursday Afternoons 3.45pm - 4.30pm

I'm happy to announce that we have been able to change the day our F**t class runs. Please remember to register your interest.
1st class will start next Thursday the 25th of January.
