HEALING!
There's many different types of healing. I just wanted to share my thoughts about it. The way I see it everyone can do it. Everyone just comes to it in their own time. When someone comes to me for a healing I like to explain and show them how I do it because its their healing journey and we're all different. It can involve massage exercise nutrition etc but the two main ingredients as I see it are love and intent. Love yourself enough to begin your journey and have the intent that it is working. Keep it simple.

Look at these gorgeous children. I've had the pleasure of minding them for a few weeks. Talk about user friendly! Anyway Arkin got a horrible cough and wheeze so off to the doctor we went. Not bad enough for meds just bad enough too freak nanny out. So I rubbed some Puriri House Baby Massage Wax on his chest- back and the soles of his feet. The Lavender calmed him down enough to sleep and the Chamomile eased up the wheeze just enough to make him and nanny breath a bit better. Plus being a typical little bloke he loved the massage. So I'd recommend it for coughs and colds after being checked out by your doctor first of course.

Winter Blues.

It's cold and most of us don't like it. Shorter days no sun ugh.
