‘Breathwork’ is unfamiliar territory for a lot of us.
So when concepts like ‘releasing the psoas’ or ‘regulate the nervous system,’ are thrown around, not everyone knows what we’re talking about.
I’ll be sharing more posts that delve into these subjects a little more in the next few weeks. But if you’re intrigued or can relate to some of the issues that breathwork can help with, please reach out with any specific questions.
And.. take a look at my Breathe Course that starts at the end of July.
This is a deep dive into the world of breathwork that runs across six weeks. We will practice together every week. You have access to content to practice at home, along with journalling exercises. As part of the course, you will get a dreamy goodie bag, course book, so you can refer back to everything we learn, a Breathe Journal and a chance to be part of an amazing community.
For now, I’ve answered a few common questions about breathwork:
- “what is 'breathwork'?"
- “if i didn't know how to breathe, i'd be dead. why would i go to a class?"
- “my mind is too busy and i can't sit still. will i be able to do breathwork?"
- “my nose is blocked. can i still practice breathwork?"
