I’ve just got back from a 3 week overseas holiday, it was a complete reset, no work at all just living in the moment, & came home feeling totaly refreshed.

The energy today was much slower, softer, I played differenly, I knew something had changed as soon as I started playing. I have a new appreciation of sound and how grateful I was to be at one with my bowls again, it’s a complete privilege I get to hold space for people.

It was so good to be back playing again for my regular Friday crew, I have missed you all, I’m so grateful to everyone who comes to my sessions.

Next week I have loads of evening group sessions available, I can’t wait!

Just a little update to keep you all in the loop of whats happening this month. My 5th and final kids session of the holidays is this Tuesday only 3 spots remaining.

1:1 Healings now fully booked till end of August.

Just giving you all the heads up that’s it’s school holidays 1st two weeks of July which means limited availability as sessions are mainly for teachers and out of town clients. I will also be including kids/parents group sound sessions.

Wednesday 3rd July 2pm & 4pm $22 adults $10 Kids 7yrs & over. Small intimate group Northwood.
