These classes have been so fun and a great way to do what I love before I go on maternity leave

Last week we had a mother and daughter combo, couples, friends, men in their 30s, a 10 year old and a grandmother all join us in class and it is such a beautiful reminder that pilates and movement is for everyone

A Pilates and women's circle mini retreat to close of 2025 and to give you some "me time" before the crazy Christmas period

Hot Girls Do Pilates is a 4 hour event including

1 hour mat pilates class
Womens circle with a workbook for reflection of 2025

Restorative yoga and guided meditation with head massages

Midday classes start next week! They run for a 10 week block over term 4

Tuesday: pilates and meditation
Thursday: yoga and meditation

In the pilates class we use props such as the ball, bands and ankle weights to help our muscles fire

In yoga we use Budokon inspired movement so think vinyasa style with a more athletic and mobility focus

All levels are welcome

NEW CLASSES!

💫 MIDDAY RESET 💫

Movement and meditation in the middle of your day so you can give yourself the time to check in and reset for the rest of the day

Tuesday we have pilates followed by meditation

Thursday meditation to start, Budokon yoga to flow through and savasana to finish

15th July - 16 September 10 weeks to commit to yourself, your movement and meditation practice

Choose if you want to sign up for the pilates or the yoga (or both! Because we love both) for $212 for 10 classes

Pilates is mat pilates accessible for all levels
Yoga is based on Budokon and great for anyone

In collaboration with O Studio Christchurch Central I have a 2 hour Budokon yoga workshop happening at the end of this month!

This workshop is for those who want to try Budokon and see how the movement can benefit all the other ways you love moving your body whether that is through yoga, sports, jujitsu, dance, running etc.

This workshop will also take place just before the next round of the 8 week course so a great way to see what Budokon is all about before choosing if the 8 week course is right for you

A real pinch me moment having this Budokon yoga course come to fruition

I tried to do it in October 2022 and had to cancel it due to low sign ups

I then tried a drop in/koha option later that same year and stopped it because again, low numbers

I then became pregnant and put Budokon yoga on pause until now

Now I have 7 people committed to the course and had a couple drop ins (people who had done it with me before) join us for the first session.

To say im buzzing/over the moon feels like an understatement!

This is so what I want to be doing and I'm so happy to have people who want to try it with my guidance and for trusting that when the desire is there, to just go for it!
