You often ask what kettlebell weight to use…

It’s entirely based on your ability. Choose one that is heavy enough that you’re having to really engage your muscles during each rep to perform the movement correctly.

When it’s easy, your muscles won’t grow. When you create enough tension, you’ll feel the shift. 💪🌸

Is your training approach getting you results?

If not, often it’s just a few simple changes that need to be made.

Motivation is easy to find, and it feels great. However, it’s also temporary.

It can’t be relied on to get you anywhere, it can only assist.

When you have discipline as your steady driver, motivation can be used to give you that little push when you really need it.

You need consistency to get results, and discipline creates this, not motivation.

Only you can decide to make that shift. Once you do, that’s when things change for the better.
