Training abs and core doesn’t always look like lying in the floor doing crunches.

Here’s a kettlebell abs + core workout that requires your whole body to work together, building not just ab definition, but full body control strength and stability.

Focus on engaging your whole body right throughout the movement.

10 reps each/side
