🧬 It’s not about “good” genes or “bad” genes, it’s about your will to take care of your body.

If you’re training just for aesthetics, you’ll never stick with it. The real reward is in how you feel, and you’ll notice this almost instantly.

I train with structure consistently, and it pays off. I do it because I love how it allows my body to move, how much it improves my health, the way I can interact with my son & the energy it gives me on a daily basis.

Don’t compare yourself to someone else, train for your health. 🤎✨

A year doesn’t feel long, but A LOT can change. We don’t usually notice this though unless we actually take time to reflect.

It’s been an amazing (and eye opening) year to say the least 😄😮‍💨. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Want to build defined abs? Bodyweight-only crunches won’t cut it forever. You need to start adding resistance 💪😮‍💨

Here’s an intense kettlebell workout you can do at home.
50 secs each exercise, 20 secs rest in between.
2 rounds 🔥

Tip: Keep the reps slow and controlled. Less reps with good form is far better than many reps with poor form.
