Just sharing how the chicken turned out using the air fryer and Maggi mix. This is how we did it:
Lacerate the drumsticks and pop it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Remember to cover. Apply some oil on the chicken when it’s done. Place the chicken and Maggi mix in a bag and shake to combine. Cook for 12-15 minutes in the air fryer. We used the ‘Max Crispy’ function/240 degrees.
Boys said it was nicer then over baked or shallow fried in pan.
Much faster also! Definitely a keeper 👍
