Pie for lunch. Apples, strawberries, bread & butter and chocolate biscuits for morning tea.
The pie will remain flaky and crispy because it’s been in the air fryer for a few minutes (max crisp) and left to cool before packing in the lunch box.

Today there was supposed to be a nationwide strike but the strong wind warnings affected the strike. Some places recorded wind speed of up to 150km/h. 😱
