Hey guys,
Apologies for the radio silence, I have been quietly recovering from surgery after the holiday festivities!
I just wanted to share with you how perfectly timed the world can work in your favour when you flow with it, not against it.
I had just finished making a feverfew tincture which took weeks to grow and water followed by weeks in the process of creating the tincture itself for it to be perfectly timed to be completed when the flu came through the household!
There’s something really grounding about preparing herbal remedies right when they’re needed most. Feeling grateful for this little plant and its big support right now.
Feverfew benefits ✨
Feverfew has a long history in herbal medicine and is best known for:
• Supporting the body during fevers and flu-like symptoms
• Helping to reduce inflammation and ease aches and pains
• Traditionally used for headaches and migraines
• Supporting the immune system during the early stages of illness
• Gently encouraging the body’s natural healing response
