Sumner Meditation Group Everyone welcome, whether it is your first or you have done meditation before. We offer an open space for 90 minutes for you to come and go anytime.

Welcome everyone to our meditation space on Sundays 5 to 7pm
at Sumner Yoga School, 42 Nayland Street, Sumner (across Supermarket), Christchurch, New Zealand

It is free, koha (donation) appreciated. Everyone welcome, no matter whether it is your first meditation or you have done meditation before. It is an open space for 2 hours for you to sit as long as you like, and come and go as you please. Bolsters, blankets and chairs from the yoga school are available for use. You are welcome to bring your own items, if you like. Short guided meditations are available on CD, which are played on request. Two of the guided meditations offer basic instructions about how to sit and about breathing. Each is about 15 minutes in duration. Please ask for them to be played. The guided meditations are spoken by Russell Delman and we have got his consent to use them for our group (www.russelldelman.com). There is no further affiliation to Russell Delman and his teachings. He is simply offering the purest and most basic guided meditations we could find, presenting them with a pleasant voice to listen to. See you on a Sunday :)

It is shocking news about the way Deepak Chopra was entangled in some disgusting chumminess with Jeffry Epstein. I have studied with Deepak Chopra online for becoming a meditation teacher and there always were little things that didn't feel right in his behaviour or the system of his organisation but his wisdom on the other hand is so profound that he came across as untouchable. I will disaffiliate with the Chopra name from now on.
