Trying something new is a great way to meet new people and make friends! At the Well Being Club we aim to provide events to connect you with supportive people and create moments to empower you!

This amazing group of people came along to our very first “Beach Bootcamp”, and what a blast we had!

Thank you for making the effort to wake up early on a Saturday morning to workout with us!

As well as taking our indoor cycle classes, which will be like nothing you’ve ever experienced before with the lights down low, pumping music and awesome bikes, Sarah also has an in-depth knowledge around essentials oils and will be educating us on the benefits and usage of these.

It’s time to meet one of our team of presenters. I would like to introduce Ged, our mindset coach:

Ged has spent all his life trying to be the best rugby player he could be. From being a Junior All Black to playing for the Hurricanes, Rebels, and Crusaders over 8 years, Ged will talk about his personal growth in recent years, and the steps he’s taken. He will be sharing practical steps you can implement right away to upgrade your mindset.

If you want to create change that lasts, you’re going to need a mindset for success.

For as long as you think the same way as you have before, you’ll manufacture the same excuses, exceptions, doubts and delays. If you, or someone you know wants to improve your life, hit that big goal, or simply become a better version of yourself, you have to upgrade your mindset.

Often people try and solve a problem with the latest tactic, trend or ‘quick fix’. At best, this offers short term relief. At worst, it sets you back and leaves you in a worse position.

Your mindset directs so much of what you do. That’s what we’re diving into with Ged Robinson in his seminar on what kind of mindset it takes to reach your goals.

It’s time to introduce one of our instructors, today I would like you to meet Clara! Our Yoga / Meditation Instructor 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Clara is a structural engineer who arrived in New Zealand 8 years ago to help with the Christchurch rebuild. It was the middle of a freezing winter with polar temperatures which came as a shock to her warm Italian blood. She was invited to a Yoga class in 40 degree heat, and didn’t think twice. It was her first Yoga class ever and the beginning of a GREAT passion.

Experienced in instructing a variety of Yoga practices - Power, Flow and Yoga Nidra, Clara believes that Yoga can be a gateway to rediscover harmony in our life and balance in our mind. Her lessons focused on breath awareness, fluid movements, muscular strength and body relaxation as ways to achieve a centred presence 🌱 She uses Yoga as a pathway to help you achieve unity between the body, the breath and the mind.

It time to introduce our instructors, today it’s Mel, our wonderful Pilates instructor 🤸🏼‍♂️.
“Pilates can be life changing”.
Mel is one of the most sought after and talented Pilates instructors in New Zealand. She has a background in professional dancing which took her all around the world and where she found her love of Pilates 🧘🏼‍♀️ Mel is now in her 20th year teaching Pilates specialising in both rehabilitation and conditioning!.
Mel says “I just love my work especially when I see people with injuries overcome those injuries and then start new activities they thought they would never do”
