Yoga Fitness workout class Mondays at 9.30am on Special in August: One class for $8 or 2 classes for $14
One hour fitness workout with elements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Dance and Qigong:
🌿 Starting with movements of Tai Chi to warm up and bring you into your body.
🌿 Continue with Yoga to open up, balance and strengthen the body, including hips and joints.
🌿 With Pilates we tone the key muscle groups.
🌿 We finish with a relaxation practice.
This is for Beginners as well as experienced students. This offer is for everyone.
Try the enjoyable movement in class and get a good workout.
