Somewhere along the way there became this expectation that yoga teachers must always be calm, quiet, and composed.

But here’s the truth:
I teach Yin… and I’m still full of bubbles 🫧 and Yang energy🔥

And I’ve realised something beautiful:
🪄You don’t have to fit a mould to teach yoga.

You can be fully yourself and still hold a meaningful practice for others ❤️

If you’ve come to my classes, you already know - the vibe is calm, but the teacher is bubbly. 🤍
