To start with, we’ll be offering a range of items including hoodies, t-shirts, pens, keyrings, beanies, cups, coasters, bags, and more to come as we continue to grow.
Once everything is finalised, I’ll post a full list of available products.

Please note:

Payment is required upfront so we can begin preparing your order.

Once your order is confirmed and completed, it will be sent out to you.

From the time leading up to my surgery until now, it’s been one of the toughest journeys of my life.

Before surgery, there was a lot of uncertainty, pain, and questions about what the future would look like. Making the decision wasn’t easy, but it was something that had to be done. I held onto hope that things would improve, even though the road ahead was unknown.

Going through surgery was just the beginning. Recovery hasn’t been straightforward it’s come with ongoing challenges, setbacks, and moments where both my body and mind have been pushed to their limits. There have been days filled with pain, frustration, and exhaustion, trying to adjust to a completely new way of living.

But through it all, I’ve kept going.

This journey has taught me resilience in ways I never imagined. It’s shown me how important it is to keep fighting, even when things feel overwhelming. It’s also opened my eyes to the reality of living with an invisible condition something so many people face quietly every day.

I’m still on this journey, still learning, still adapting, and still pushing forward. If sharing my story can help break the stigma or help someone else feel understood, then it’s all worth it.

Thank you to everyone who has stood by me through it all your support means everything.

This isn’t the end of my story… it’s just a new chapter.

Today has been a really tough day.

I went to the doctor and received news I wasn’t expecting my right kidney isn’t functioning properly, which means my left kidney is having to work much harder. Unfortunately, the pain I’ve been dealing with isn’t improving, and while I’ve now been prescribed pain relief, there are still a lot of unknowns.

I won’t fully understand the extent of the damage until I can get a CT scan, but at this stage I’m on a waiting list with no clear timeframe. It’s been overwhelming to process, and I’ll be honest it hit me hard. I even found myself in tears in front of my doctor.

Right now, there are a lot of questions and uncertainty about what comes next. But one thing I do know is this my fight isn’t over. I’m going to keep pushing forward, one day at a time.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support me. It truly means more than I can put into words.

Crohn’s disease can affect much more than just your gut it’s a whole-body condition that can impact your physical health, energy, and even emotional wellbeing. Here’s a clear breakdown of the kinds of health issues it can cause:
🧠 Digestive (Gut) Problems
These are the most common:
Ongoing diarrhoea (sometimes urgent)
Abdominal pain and cramping
Blood in stool
Nausea and vomiting
Loss of appetite
Unintended weight loss
Fatigue from poor nutrient absorption
🔥 Inflammation & Damage in the Gut
Crohn’s causes chronic inflammation that can lead to:
Ulcers in the digestive tract
Thickening of bowel walls
Narrowing of intestines (strictures)
Blockages in the bowel
Fistulas (abnormal tunnels between organs or skin)
🧍 Whole-Body Effects
Because your body isn’t absorbing nutrients properly:
Malnutrition
Vitamin deficiencies (especially B12, iron, vitamin D)
Anaemia (low iron levels)
Extreme tiredness and weakness
🦴 Joint & Bone Issues
Joint pain and swelling (arthritis-like symptoms)
Increased risk of osteoporosis (weaker bones)
👁️ Skin & Eye Problems
Skin conditions (rashes, painful lumps under the skin)
Eye inflammation (redness, pain, blurred vision)
🚽 Perianal Issues (around the a**s)
Pain, swelling, or drainage
Abscesses (infections)
Fistulas
Skin tags
🧠 Mental & Emotional Impact
Living with Crohn’s can also affect your mental health:
Anxiety (especially around flare-ups)
Depression
Stress from managing a long-term illness
⚠️ Serious Complications (if severe or untreated)
Bowel obstruction (blockage)
Severe infections
Increased risk of bowel cancer over time
Need for surgery (removing damaged parts of the intestine)
💬 The Reality
Crohn’s often comes in flare-ups and remission meaning symptoms can come and go. Some people live relatively normal lives between flares, while others have ongoing challenges.

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for some advice or shared experiences. Since the end of January, I’ve been dealing with ongoing health issues and have had multiple hospital visits. Unfortunately, I’ve been advised that there isn’t much that can be done at this stage while I remain on a waiting list for a CT scan.

In the meantime, I’m experiencing significant and persistent pain in my lower abdomen and back, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage. I’m unable to take codeine or tramadol, and the only options currently being offered at the hospital are morphine and paracetamol.

I’m feeling quite stuck and unsure how best to cope with this while I wait for further investigation. If anyone has been in a similar situation or has suggestions for managing this kind of pain, I would really appreciate your input.

Thank you in advance for your support.
