The beginning..
Im Nikki, i have moved to Christchurch from Australia and am excited to share my skills and provide a first class experience to my clients. I am trained in all Remedial/ Therapeutic aspects of massage including; Swedish massage, sports/ stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, soft tissue release.
I have also done further studies to acquire skills in pregnancy massage, hot stone treatments and Chinese cupping.
I have tailored treatments to target a variety of concerns while delivering precise techniques in a skillful and empathetic manner. My individual aim is to utilise my knowledge using different massage techniques to help restore balance, reduce stress levels, relieve pain and increase flexability. Previous to this I worked in Ayurvedic Therapy, I am a fully trained and qualified therapist in detox 'Punchkarma' treatments, Indian (Champi) head massage, Marma point therapy, scrubs and cleanses.
My overall goal is to provide my clients with the means to increase their wellbeing both physically and mentally.
