If you think you feel better just being in your garden (and of course even better tending to it and harvesting some treasures), you're not just imagining it.
The scientists now agree and can explain it. Google "biophilia" if you want to know more.
But decide if you want to spend time looking at a google screen or looking and feeling your plants.

When you come inside from your garden with an apple, a pepper and other bits of treasures: Cut them up immediately and keep on your table as snacks. A bowl with a dip next to it can't hurt, but is not necessary.
If you haven't finished the snacks by dinner time, throw them in the salad and you're ready for next day's raw food garden treasures on the go.

New and renewed Raw Food Garden Options:
I haven't posted here for a long time because I was busy with other projects and there was plenty of online support for raw food gardeners available.

But now my inbox is overflowing with questions because many of your are returning to your gardens or start growing food for the first time.

I have wondered how to best support you in this challenging time - resources are restricted, movements are restricted, so standard advice is not working right now. In addition we have to juggle many other family issues.

So I have decided to join a brand new network that just started. It's called Family@Home and you can find it here:
https://family-at-home.mn.co/

I will be answering all your questions inside this group and there are other experts to discuss other issues of our new daily lives - including cooking, exercise, running a business from home etc. And of course we'll also have a lot of fun together.

Below are more details. I'd love to see you and support you there because I can't spread my energy across various Facebook groups.

If you live north of the equator and you need to move your garden indoors now, how about moving it right onto your dinner table?

Fresh and growing: How about some microgreens the middle of the table. Dinner guests will surely talk about it and have something to nibble on.
